1. All orders are shipped prepaid and add.
2. The carrier is responsible for any losses or damages.
AmeriPAK has a 30-day return policy subject to the following conditions:
1. Contact Us for a Merchandise Return Form to include with your packing list, along with the returned merchandise.
2. For damaged merchandise delivered by UPS, please contact AmeriPAK to please explain the damages and action you would like taken. Address written correspondence to the AmeriPAK Customer Service Department. Hold the product until you receive disposition instructions.
3. For damaged merchandise delivered to you via Truck or Air Freight please note any damages or shortages on the carrier's delivery receipt (bill of lading). Immediately notify the carrier of any concealed damage and have them provide an inspection report on the damaged shipment within 10 days. Forward the inspection report and packing list to the AmeriPAK Customer Service Department. We will file a claim and send you a replacement.
4. Exchanges or credits will be processed as per your instructions. Please contact us for a Merchandise Return Form.
